After you’re satisfied with the layout and flow of your basement, we’ll schedule a “walk through” with our basement project manager assigned to your project. Your project manager will carefully plan out every last detail to ensure your complete satisfaction. Just to name a few, he’ll discuss:

• Hours suitable for our workers to start and finish each day
• Best means to access the basement with materials and supplies
• Controlled and managed parking arrangements
• Closest public restroom in the area
• Work area cleaning/maintenance expectations
• Scheduling of inspections with township

The Installation:

Aside from all the insurance certificates and proof of liability coverage, our installers will construct your finished basement in strict compliance with our detailed engineering design package and code requirements.
